Basses were recorded live from 3 different bassists playing an 1820 Italian hand-crafted double bass, a vintage and very rich sound taken up with two custom AKG microphones with FET circuit model Schoeps CMC 5, Electric basses used are Manne XLR 5, even Italian craftsmanship and a Tobias Killer B4. We used 5 different amps, Hughes & Kettner Attax 100 Combo, MB Markbass TA501, Fender Bassman 135, and an incredible and unique Davoli Lied Bass Tube Amplifier 200 crafted in 1967.
